Branding & GTM plan for a food startup
To execute a unique branding exercise and design a viable go-to-market plan or a food start-up
Project description
The client is a startup in the food commerce and like any other startup, felt the jitters of approaching the market. It wanted a strong and compelling entry into the market to ensure a viable path to success.
Problem Statement
The client was looking to answer the questions like – How will my business connect with its customers? How do we deliver a unique value to our target customers? How do we go from the initial connection with a potential customer to the fulfillment of our brand promise?
Solution
Figuring out a go-to-market approach is no trivial exercise – it separates the companies that will be successful and sustainable from those that won’t. We worked with the client extensively to understand the branding exercise. We curated a go-to-market strategy to bring together all of the key elements that drive a business: sales, marketing, distribution, pricing, brand development, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
Results
The client has witnessed a positive brand image and customer satisfaction. The goal of go-to-market strategy was to improve key business outcomes by aligning to the evolving needs of the customers. The client was also glad to avoid costs associated with failed product launches.
